I'm addicted to sugar-free popsicles, preferably tropical flavor. I tear through a couple of boxes a week, easily. 15 calories each, cold, crunchy, sweet and hydration. Yummm...

I will make up a protein shake with some sf pudding in it and then put it in Popsicle molds, jello in Popsicle molds. My number one and nightly treat is a protein shake loaded up with frozen fruit typically strawberries, in the blender with some sf pudding you can get it to the consistency of soft server.

I find that SF pops (25 cal) are a daily treat and I will eat a sorbet (100 cal) about once a week. If I really want ice cream, I eat ice cream. After a few bites, I give the rest to my wife. Ice cream is not a daily or weekly endungence, but I don't depreive myself of anything I really want except Coke. It's hard to drink around the bubbles.

I know your post is old it came up on a search as I trying to seeing if anyone else has tried greek yogurt popsicles.  YASSO makes low calorie greek frozen yogurt popsicles.  They are 80 calories, 6 grams of protein, and 14 carbs I think.  They are SOOO good!    They do have sugar in them so if you dump that could be a problem.   (I do not dump but I know some ppl dump with  sugar that's why I'm mentioning that.)
