They are fabulous.  Thankfully, it is not a trigger food for me. =)  I think they
are great, though, for a treat and not to feel left out while your wife is eating
B&J.  Yay for you for finding an alternative!  =)

Congrats lesserman, will have to check that out, still eating SF pops love them. Will have to get some SF klondike bars :)

sounds like they would be a trigger for me too. I just ate a chunk of my husbands pepperoni today. Well, I didn't eat it, I chewed the heck out of it and then spit it into our dog's dish instead of swallowing. I am only a week and a half out of surgery, so I can't have it anyway.

I haven't tried the klondike ones but I love the skinny cow truffle ice creams or the sandwiches..I split one with my husband for now..maybe later I'll have a whole one. I have no guilt about having them once in a while..I'm sticking to my plan and adjusting well.
