All I have left is my iron and C before bed.  And I finally did my B12 shot, a couple days late.

In all honesty the daily vitamin routine is a real challenge for me.  I was never a person to take vitamins but know I must take them now for the rest of my life.  Most days I am getting them in but today I lack a multi and calcium.    Do you know how long we should wait between Iron + C and the calcium?

Dr's set goal:            170 reached Oct 11, 2012
My goal:                     160  reached Dec 1, 2012
Today :                       145-150

I am half the person I was in 2008.

Two hours.

Do you need help with a vitamin schedule?  What works best for me is matching them up with meals.

I do a multi, calcium and some other stuff with breakfast, then calcium with lunch, then my other multi and calcium at dinner.  Then I do my iron and C at bedtime.

Thats a good idea Kelly. I never thought about matching them up with my meals. Although I struggle more with getting in protein then I do with vitamins .

I recently read here or heard somewhere that we should take calcium with meals so I have been trying to do that.

yikes.... only one calcium AGAIN. I have time for the 2nd, but not the 3rd if I'm taking iron. Dang.
Multi in, I'll get the second one now with the calcium.

i need to stash calcium at home, work and my parent's house so it is always available!

I go in for my first complete blood panel tomorrow since surgery. will let ya'll know next week how i did. been trying hard to get it all in every day. We shall see!
