Got yours in for the day?

I did not take my morning meds or vitamins because I was not supposed to have anything by mouth before my nerve block procedure, but I've had two doses of calcium citrate and one multi. I'll get my iron and C before bed.

Can anyone recommend a good calcium pill that isn't Bariatric Advantage? I just ran out of my BA bottle (sour and ick!) and want something that I can hopefully swallow vs. chew. Thanks!

Any calcium citrate is fine. I usually use the generic brand at whatever store I am at when I need to buy more.
