daily vitamin check in
I just have my iron and C before bed. Unfortunately, I am almost out of my yummy Calcet creamy bites, which means I may soon be having trouble getting my third dose of calcium again. I recently ordered some protein powder and sugar free syrups and should have ordered some of the BA caramel calcium chews at the same time, but I forgot about the calcium. I might have to go back and order them, though.

What kind of protein powders to you get and SF syrups?? Also where do you buy them?
She also carries the da vinci and torani sugar free syrups, like the kind they put in coffee drinks at Starbucks. I've been using them in protein shakes and in Greek yogurt. This time I ordered peach and amaretto. I had to get the peach because Panera has this wonderful looking peach smoothie now and I really want one but they have something like 65 grams of sugar so I can't drink it. So I'm gonna make a peach protein shake. And peach yogurt.

You'll want to play around with your protein shakes. There are different ways to make them and it will really affect the taste. If you mix it with water, it will taste different than if you mix it with milk. If you put it in the blender with a handful of ice, it will taste different.
Sometimes when I get samples, instead of making one big shake with them, I make two small shakes so I can try two different things with the sample. Does that make sense?
I really love the cappuccino, though.
