Sunday - Eats and Acts?
I know there isn't usually a thread on Sundays.... but I just need one. I don't even have a plan LOL
Sometimes posting here makes me think about it more......
We are experiencing record rainfall (2nd highest amount ever, most since 1934) and historic flooding. Fortunately my old neighborhood tends to drain off - we do get some standing water but mostly just patchy stuff. I was supposed to have my very first training session with a group triathlon organization out at the beach this morning, needless to say it was cancelled :( . Work this evening.....
B - breakfast sandwich - egg "fried" in PAM, 1/2 slice low sodium ham, 1/2 slice swiss cheese, 1pc P28 toast (cut in half to make a sandwich)
L - tilapia, onions, cheese, veggies
S - cottage cheese and SF jello w/ fruit
D - ???
S - turkey pepperoni, LC tomato /basil cheese and 4cheese triscuit crisps (just like pizza!!)

I am glad you started the thread today.
My round of steriods into my SI Joint (where my hip and back meet) is finally starting to work so I can get active again. I am thinking a long walk when it starts to cool off this evening. it is a hot and muggy day today.
Breakfast: 1/2 a Quest coconut cashew bar
Snack: sugar free homemade caramel latte
Lunch: Going to Annapolis so my husband can pick up a certain Belgian beer he can't find anywhere else. It is his favorite and he has been unable to find it. This place special ordered it.
So we will find someplace there for a salad or sandwich.
Dinner: I am making a herb and dijon roasted pork tenderoin with some garlic roasted zucchini and some cucumbers with peppers and rice vinegar and onions.

I woke up with my stomach growling. Third day in a row of the Bottomless Pouch syndrome.
For breakfast, I had a cup of 0% Fage with a handful of grape nuts and diced peaches.
Gonna have a scoop of tuna salad here in a while, with avocado.
I'll have a Lean Cuisine after I get back from class.
Dinner...? No idea. Scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa sounds pretty tasty.

Acts? I have to perform acts? Shoot, I was going to lie around and read a gothic suspense novel.
I guess I could wash the dirty dishes hiding under the dishpan. I guess I could should will go for a walk.
Now--yummy coffee. Odd how it comes out different every day.
Elevenses--Fage, 1/2 C and berries
Lunch--1/3 C refried beans with an ounce of cheese and salsa and Fage for sour cream
Tea--Half a Premier mocha, maybe some lettuce for finger food
Dinner--4 oz succulent steak and mushrooms
Bedtime snack--sf cocoa
Sounds like a good day to me.

I've got a wicked case of gardeneritis (this is that gardening phenomena that occurs when a gardener's yard is full but the urge to garden propels them into others' yards).
Hubs is spending time with his new buddy, our volunteer dove named Wingman. He showed up in our backyard and we haven't had any luck finding his people.

Hate to hear of the floods-- is escambia co prerdido key and Pensacola? I got married on the beach in perdition key at sunset-- right over the big bridge at the floribama line.
I'm a slug today. Went to my home area and did the hatfield McCoy half yest. Walked it all to finish with my friend for her first half. Drove 4hours home last night. I've been on my couch since 9am with a killer headache ( I think from heat or allergens yest)
So far:

I didn't eat anything super early this morning when I finished working, just came home and fell asleep for a few hours. When I finally got up I had an Apple Cinnamon Chobani. I spent the morning at the salon getting my mani/pedi and waxing done. Lunch was a 6 inch Italian BMT flatbread from Subway. My plan for this afternoon is to do laundry. Dinner will probably be something from the freezer. Before bed I want to exfoliate and tan because we are going to the beach tomorrow and my pasty paleness is not working for me.
I walked my 1.1 mile this morning. I ran over to my brother's for a few hours to discuss our
"cousins only" trip. (we are renting a houseboat) Now, I'm doing laundry, writing this post
and getting ready to go put together some of Nik's Magic Meatballs.
Eats:
3 oz Chicken Salsa
8 oz skim milk
1 LF part skim string cheese
1 SF popsicle
Dinner will be a meatball or two, plus more skim milk ( I can't get enough of it...lol). Maybe
a smidge of mashed potatoes, if I have room. I'll then have a Low Sugar Klondike for
dessert.
