My thoughts on "slow losers, stalls and other self-deprecating thoughts."
Thank you! I'm one of those ones that needed that!! At nearly 400 pounds I guess I did expect to see BIG Losses but ya know what, I'm happy as a clam that I'm seeing changes in my body and I am lossing. At the rate I was going, I was nose diving into 400 and not even looking back...so my decision to take this big step is for the rest of my life. I will do what it takes to be healthy and live life to the fullest. I can already walk around the block and feel great! The first few times I couldn't get up the street without heavy panting and stopping to rest because of my back hurting. The weight loss and number on the scale will merely be a side effect. Thanks Oh Wise One!! ((((Hugs))))) Sherry
