Not Bad
So I broke down month by month how much I've lost & I have to say I'm impressed. Ok so here goes.
Pre op weight: 315
Surgery day: 298.5 (loss of 16.5 lbs)
1 Month post op: 283 (loss of 15.5 lbs)
2 Months post op: 266.5 (loss of 16.5 lbs)
3 Months post op: 263 (loss of 3.5 lbs, had hernia surgery that month)
4 Months post op: 246 (loss of 17 lbs)
Grand total lost is 69 lbs Not too shabby if I say so myself.
Just purged my closet again & now its pretty bare. I got rid of 3 large bags of clothes. I now have closet & drawer space whereas before everything was just crammed in. Lol Time to do some more shopping at the thrift stores.

Thanks everyone! A few months back I decided to not weigh myself all the time & started weighing weekly. Probably the best thing I've done. I don't get upset when the scale is not saying what I want it to say. I know that I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing & as long as the numbers keep going down I'm good. Glad I could bring some positive to the board for you.
