daily vitamin check in

Got yours in today?

I missed a dose of calcium, which I might still get in later if I'm up late enough.  I slept in this morning and then I took a nap this evening and it's thrown off my vitamin schedule.  But at least I got some rest.

I do very well during the week but tend to get busy on the weekends and forget some of them. Not good but will do better tomorrow.

I'd have to stay up a couple more hours to get one more multi and a calcium but I'm going to bed as soon as the teenager gets home which should be shortly.  I didn't go to bed last night after being hyped about our upcoming camping trip. I was busy going over our menus and  grocery list for the 3 wks ahead and then spent 4 hours this morning shopping.  Packing all but the food tomorrow even though we don't leave till Friday.  Next week is busy so we do what we have to do.  Those not going helped unload the groceries and were wishing they didn't have to stay to work.  We are sad they can't go because we almost have our entire family together for this.
