Yes.  But if there is iron in your multi, you won't absorb it if you take it with calcium.  The calcium blocks the absorption of iron.

Got my latest labs and all levels were low normal except B12 came in at 1743. I thought B12 deficiency was an issue but apparently not for me. The only recommendation was to cut back on B. i am only taking a 500mcg dose a day so where does all the extra come from?  I know it isn't toxic but just curious.
