So how was your Saturday?
I have had a crazy busy day and still didn't get done all I wanted to do. I had an early morning counseling appointment that went well... we talked about my "food fests" I had 2x this week. It was a good session.
When I got home I helped my mom into her wheelchair and drove her about an hour north to buy fresh corn, peas, butterbeans, tomatoes, squash and green beans! YUM!
By the time I got her home, helped her onto her bed to change clothes, fixed her lunch, took her out to bathe, put her on the bed to change clothes and got her settled in her recliner I was worn out. I shucked, cut and creamed 3 dozen ears of corn while she shelled 10lbs of butter beans.

L - shrimp "po boy" (flatout, tomato, shrimp, tartar, relish, LC swiss)
- a bit of Mexican chicken
S - alfalfa sprouts
D - tilapia w/cheese and onion; broc /cauli, green beans
S - Newton crisps
WW Waffle, Pbutter, blueberries OR cottage cheese, SF jello w/fruit

Your day sounds about as meshuggah as mine.
I woke up and took my car back to the detailer to pick up my mats and pay.
And then I came home, cleaned out my refrigerator, washed two loads of dishes, made the beds, cleaned my closet and brought all my husband's clothes upstairs. I unpacked his suitcases (I store his clothes in them while he's away), swept my workshop, and washed the dog bed.
Then I called AT&T and had them reactivate my husband's line so he has a phone while he's home. Then I took a break. I visited my mom because she got a new puppy, and then hit the salon and had my eyebrows waxed and spent way too much money on some new cosmetics.
I bought some flowers for the coworker who's subbing my class tomorrow and dropped them off at work, then took the kids out to McD's for a treat dinner.
Got home, helped my son finish his Welcome Home sign and wrap a present for Daddy, put the Littlest Monster to bed, and am now gearing up to scrub the kitchen floors and go through the bag o' crap I hauled out of my car yesterday before it got cleaned.
No rest for the weary. Oh, and while I was having my brows waxed, I somehow managed to fall asleep in the chair. No joke.
So anyway.
Breakfast - An iced coffee with half and half.
Lunch - Uh...? I may have skipped lunch. I don't recall eating anything.
Dinner: Most of an angus snackwrap and a couple of my daughter's fries.

Great Saturday! The weather was just perfect here. We took the kids to the zoo, rode the carousel, and then crashed my parents' backyard and had a bbq while the kids swam in the pool.
Breakfast - one egg and a slice of american cheese on a whole grain english muffin
Lunch - turkey kielbasa sauteed with spinach
Snack - 2 bites of popcorn
Dinner - most of a cheeseburger and 7 cherries
Snack - small piece of brownie and half a Yuengling :)

i woke up at 3 am with some stomach issues from a migraine i've had for a few days now, so it's been a rough day. after my escapades in the bathroom i slept until noon so no breakfast for me today. also, every time i eat i get some more fun times so it's been a pretty light day with food for me, and i've done nothing but lay on the couch all day.
i'm bummed because i was supposed to go out with a bunch of the girls from school tonight but it's just not happening with my head feeling like this. plus i've been drugged up all day so alcohol is definitely not a good idea

I had a fantastic day, though not so great food wise. Ran my second 5k today and exceeded my personal goal! I wanted to be under 35, I finished in 32:55!!! An awesome race, right on the water...just beautiful, and fun!
Pre-race: 3/4c Trop 50
B: Skipped, whoops.
L: Two small meatballs, a tiny salad and a tiny bit of potato salad.
Snacks: 1/2 a banana and sone random cherries and watermelon (not at the same time, I fruit grazed) Then while shopping I thiefed some of my kids' cheezits and later had a slice of cheese while I made them dinner.
D: No idea but I better get some protein in me.

Well after a long & rough 10 hour shift at work last night I had to spend the morning in the ER with my daughter. She has her mother's luck, poor thing. She fell off a bike & slammed her elbow into the sidewalk & scrapped her chin really bad. Then to top things off she steps bare foot on a tooth pick & it pierces her skin. Dr. said she has fractured her elbow & she has to see the orthopedic sometime this coming up week. Its never ending in my house. Lol
Just now getting up for work & eating my breakfast which is pintos & cheese. As for the rest of the night I will have more pintos & cheese, a mini meatloaf & some peaches & cucumbers.
