With all tha****er on board no wonder she isn't hungry. Some cats as they get older feel the need for fresher water so they go for the spigots. We got ours a drinkwell fountain when she stopped drinking and that turned the trick. Some cats decide they want to be able to see the water level in the bowl so it has to be a clear bowl.
With not eating it might just be the nausea. Or she just might have up and decided she doesn't want her whiskers touching the side of the bowl right now.
If she isn't into her favorites soon she might go for turkey or fancy feast trout later. Most of them can't resist that. She shouldn't go without eating for more than 24 hours. Hopefully the nausea will pass soon.
