1. Activity: only swimming 3/4 mile 3 times per week + weights with arms and legs - have a desk job and drive to work
2.calories per day: about 1300
3. Protein: getting at least 100g per day. I know that may be hard on my liver but it is so hard not to get that high
I still have a lot of body fat so I don't think this is it. Glad you got back to a more healthy weight for youre body!
