I never make it even this is my nutritionists recommendation. It seems like an outrageous amount of food. Could you share what you eat? Maybe this is why my weight hasnt moved in a loooooong time??????

I eat about 1500 calories a day.  It doesn't seem like a huge amount of food to me.

I eat six times a day, 200-300 calories per little meal, usually.  I eat about a cup of food at a time, about 90-100 grams of protein a day.

I had surgery 7 months before you. I usually eat 6 times a day and get in around 2000 calories a day. How much do you usually get in??

OMG I feel like such a freak now. This is probably why my weight hasnt moved in over a year. I go up and down a few pounds but no real movement. I dont eat 6 meals a day first of all. My work schedule would never allow that. I manage about 800-1000 calories and probably eat on the lower end of that range. My body probably thinks its starving!
I just signed on to sparkpeople so i can try to do better. I have a TON of food on there and im still only at 1,200 calories. I dont know how i would pull this off.

I only have 1 protein shake for breakfast
Each meal is divided by /////. I am just presenting a variety of meal ideas to be eaten seperately.

These are the main foods I eat, not always all in one day.

I generally have about max 4 protein shakes (120 calories each, 480 total)
1 or 2 slices of quiche in a day (250 calories per slice, smaller than a single serving, as a full serving is 1/5th the quiche, and I eat 1/6th)
1 serving of Fage with some berries (I think this is about 300 calories)
1 salad with artichoke hearts, cheese, snap peas, and sometimes avocado, sometimes baby corn, sometimes olives (about 200 calories)
Sometimes I'll have some grapefruit (100 calories)
Sometimes I'll have a serving of almond milk (60 calories)

That's about 1200 to 1600 depending on the day, and if I'm at work.

At work I have less, because I only have a 100 calorie snack at lunch time.

I'd been trying to work off a 15 lb gain, and making great progress until I replaced the battery. Now I have to start all over again as it seems that the batteries lost all the weight and not me.
