Tight/Gas like feeling EVERY time I eat lately..WTH?
For about a week, after I eat sometimes I get such a hard rock like feeling...tight/gassey like feeling in my stomach. I have really been eating real proteins, high protein foods, protein powder drinks and trying to drink all my fluids + lately.
One day last week it happened after I ate a cup of cooked shrimp. Last night it happened after one fresh brat (with spices) and asparagus. Now its happened after 3 hardboiled eggs I made into (dryish) egg salad.
IT HURTS! I can't get myself to drink anything b/c my stomach feels so "full" already. But its a tight/sharp kinda full feeling.
Anyone else experience this...??
I know most ppl will say "see your doctor" but I literally haven't seen mine since my 1yr. anniversary. They pretty much make sure you "survive" the first year & then your on your own. I did go see him once when I was having what was like low blood sugar moments.
Just not sure its a "see your surgeon" kinda visit...or maybe its that time of the month for me as certain times of the month ARE harder for me to eat much, etc.

Did you maybe eat too much? That's the only thing I can really think of that might cause that feeling. . . .sorry, I couldn't really help much but I hope you feel better!!

I kinda thought that the first two times it happened after I ate shrimp especially, b/c it seems I can always only eat maybe 5 good size pieces of shrimp and I am oober stuffed!!
But last night with just one small brat? thought it was the spices but then today I had 3 med hard boiled eggs. Didn't FEEL like too much...I ate within my 15minutes and felt fine...til 20 minutes later.

Honestly I think you body is telling you that you are eating to much. As annoying as it is I'd probably eat like half a brat wait five min or so and see if your hungry enough for the rest.
I know I'm very early out but I can tell when I have ate to much. I feel awful and sometimes it's just that last bite that does it.

Get rid of the protein powders and see if that helps. I had to get rid of processed stuff like my beloved protein bars and all bad carbs to even make a dent in the problem you are describing. I have been good fore a while but a couple of days ago I ate a couple of marshmellows and blew right back up. It sucks. I don't know there is a cure or any real problem other then whatever you are eating is causing the issue.

The UnJury protein powder I've been drinking for past few weeks has actually been going quite well. I had a problem with some Body By Vi powder made with soy too that gave me horrible cramps right after drinking it, stopped those and it didn't happen again.
I don't "think" I am eating too much..!? I am trying to keep it to 1-cup with protein first or at least half. And no liquids 30-mins before or after...But who knows maybe I really am.
I DO still have my gall bladder. And bowels, other than since I did the 5DPT and staring eating way better, I don't go nearly as often, things are fine.

I've heard many times those after RNY have gall bladder issues...not sure WHAT is going on...
Now b/c I couldn't fathom eating anything after my 3 hard boiled eggs at 10a.m. I finally had some leftover green bean casserole in the fridge at 2:30...a very small bowl...and AGAIN I just feel super bloated, crampy, tight feeling.
I am burping alot but not the other direction...so its like a "trapped in there feeling".
