Tender Iron

 I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the burpies after taking Tender Iron? I assume it's from the Vitamin C, and I have a weird taste in my mouth about 20 minutes after taking one. 

 I take it, but have not had that issue.

i take it and haven't had that issue. but i cannot take it on an empty stomach or i get the worst cramps and pain ever. like my pouch is on fire. if i take a few ounces of my protein shake first then i can take it.

 I've been taking it right before bed, and it's on an empty stomach. I guess I'll need to change when I take it. Thanks!

 I take it last thing at night and I burp a lot until about noon the next day.

 Same here! Gaa! I guess I need to take it with something.
