Bowel Movements...Suggestions
My suggestion:
Make sure you are getting plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet like spinach with protein powder and parmesan cheese and garlic is a great source of fiber and extra protein powder makes it powerful. I also love to make mac and cheese using wheat mac noodles that will empty anybody out. Don't use all those over the counter things when you just need to add more brocolli or fiberous soft foods to your meal to push that food through and splenda w/fiber packets are great to add to your decaf coffee. you will love your healthy bowl movements!

Colace for me and I had the same issues. Tried most of the rest and all the others made me sick or did not work to soften just go more often. I needed softness and Colace did just that for me. I only needed on gel every other day.

I had this problem too and now have a hernia because of it. For a long time I used generic Miralax because it was cheaper, mainly Walmart's brand which I think is Equate. No luck with it. A few months ago I started using Miralax, brand name, and it works really well, one lidful daily. I addit to my protein shak or a glass of iced tea. I also chew the Fiber Gummies. Love them and the are 5 calories per serving which is 2. I chew 6/day but not all at one time.
I'm finally "normal" and I'm having my hernia repaired soon.
