Today marks 12 years after RNY. I'm so glad I had it. I was on 3 BP meds, cholesterol meds, had high tryglcerides and acid reflex. Within a month I was off all meds.

I lost

Ten years ago today I had RNY and have had no regrets. Maybe the first days I might have had buyer's remorse. Those days were rough.

I've searched OH and can't find where you can change your signature line. Help!!

The Sunday paper had a flyer with coupons for Sola. The various products are yogurt, ice cream, nut bar, granola and sweetener.

I tried the yogurt and nut bar and liked both.

Unjury.com has some great recipes. I printed a bunch today. I get tired of shakes every day and these recipes use protein powder in other ways. I've made their Peanut Butter Cups and liked them.
