I do this:
Breakfast - multi, calcium citrate, D3 (three times a week), A (three times a week), zinc (twice a week)
Lunch - calcium citrate
Dinner - multi, calcium citrate, magnesium oxide
Bedtime - iron, C
We can't take all our vitamins at the same time because we can only absorb so much of some things at once (like 500 mg calcium at a time) and some vitamins interfere with the absorption of others (like calcium blocks the absorption of iron). Plus, it makes me nauseous just thinking of trying to swallow that many pills at one time!
