Try to set goals for a certain amount of fluid by a certain time of day.
Like, set a goal to get at least 16 ounces in between breakfast and lunch. then a goal to get another 16 ounces between lunch and dinner.
Carry your drink everywhere with you.
Set a timer to remind you to drink if you need to.
