1 year out
On Thursday I will be one year out and the changes have been amazing. I'm done 194 pounds and 75.5 inches from my body. I still have about 50 pounds to go and things have been slowing down but I haven't started my normal panic that I did prior to surgery. Over all this journey has been amazing. I will most likely be moving toward plastics now because of how I carried my weight. For all those people that wonder and get discouraged the journey was worth it for me. It wasn't always easy and there are days that I wanted to scream and there were the days that I jumped for joy. I am going to try to figure out how to post before and after pictures.
