Terrible pain during the night...now in hospital!
Woke up at 12:30am went to restroom got a drink of water...suddenly terrible pain... It lasted for over an hour called surgeon... He had me go to th ER now admitted and waiting for a scope...

Hi Cindy, sorry to hear this. Please let us know what you find out. I experienced a sharp pain in my stomach area last year and after talking and sipping on water for about 45 minutes decided a trip to the ER was needed.
It was determined I had mild gastritis. Never did determine what caused it besides possibly stress.
