I've been exercising
Yup, AZ has always been too hot for me. The one good thing about our capsizing yesterday was that I was overheating. At least that was solved by being dunked in the lake. (which reminds me I need to check my 'Droid, see if the rice saved it).
The good thing is that I do generally remain fully active 4.5 hours a day five days a week in my job. I'm guessing I have to count on that since I don't have much faith in being able to get much more exercise in.

I chased my dreams, and my dreams, they caught me!
Good for you!! I hope you continue doing so. Honestly, exercise is the only thing that keeps me (somewhat) sane. When I don't exercise, I get all crazy in the head.

Good for you for getting out and taking a walk! It always made me feel better no matter how much stress I was under. I walk around my house and the grocery store/laundry right now that's about all the heavy exercise I can do right now until my back is better. If I lived anyware near a pool right now I'd be in it for sure!!! I have to have the MRI to see how bad this injury to my back is (my L5 and S1 are both herniated due to a car accident injury 6 years ago) and now I can add neuropathy to the mix as well. The medication helps but I just hate relying on pills to feel better. Doing some stretching and PT exercises helps but its so sore afterwards I'm pretty much junk.
Hope your back procedure wasn't too painful. Good luck with everything Kelly and keep your chin up hon!!!
