Got yours in today?

All I have left is my iron and C before bed.  I'm not hungry, but I am getting my vitamins.  Probably because I pair most of them with my prescription  meds and this seems a particularly bad time to miss any of my antidepressants!

 Speaking of antidepressants, I forgot mine yesterday until late afternoon. I took them, and then was wide awake until 4 a.m.

I got all my vites in yesterday, and am on schedule today. Another Ca with dinner, then Fe at bedtime. BTW, the TenderIron I've kvetched about has become palatable! It still tastes like rust, but that's not so bad. I'm an Oregonian--I should like rust.  I guess you can get used to about anything.

dragging behind again on calcium... I'll get my 3rd in a little while (took my 2nd a little over an hour ago) and then try to remember iron at bed. I get labs again in teh first part of August I think, so kind of antsy about that with me always forgetting iron!

All I have left is my Lopressor and hair, skin, nails vitamin. Drinking a protein shake now!

I'm all done except for my iron at bedtime. I may not always get in my water darn it, but I rock those vitamins. LOL
