I was hungry for something different and good so I decided to cook a healthy chili. I put zucchini squash, yellow squash, mushrooms, onions, veggie burger crumbles, dark red kidney beans, chili seasoning,beef stock then topped with a little reduced fat cheese. My daughters loved it!! My 12 yr old said it was better than regular chili!!

 my gram makes something like that just uses turky burger :) yum yum

I would have liked to have used turkey burger but didn't have any. I love veggie burgers and so don't my girls so I always have them on hand.
