Stomach Pains
Hi all!
Today I am one week post op and moved from clear liquids to full liquids. So this morning I made my protein shake with 4 oz of milk instead of water. Initially I had some stomach pains but it wasn't that bad. This afternoon I made some sugar free pudding with skim milk and dry non-fat milk (a recipe supplied by my nutritionist) and after a few tiny bites I am in pain. Not excrutiating pain but I am definitely uncomfortable. Is it possible that I am now lactose intollerant?
