For those that need a vitamin schedule
Thanks for posting Kelly. My hours at work have changed and I am needing to readjust my eating and vitamin schedule. I like yours and will work around it. The trouble I have had is getting the extra 500 calcium citrate in BUT I WILL WORK IT OUT!!

CVS carries Feosol, which makes both carbonyl and ferrous sulfate. I think Walmart carries it, too.
I use Sundown Perfect Iron, which I get at Meijer. You can also order it cheap on drugstore.com.

Kelly what is B complex for exactly? Any harm in taking it if I'm not sure I need it?? I accidentally ordered four bottles of it from Celebrate instead of the B12 I meant to order now I don't know what to do with them. I was going to call and ask about returning but that seems like a pain. Another question I have for you is if I take vitamins from GNC for active women, do I need to double the recommened dosage? Does this apply to any vitamin you take? My other question has to do with fish oil, do we absorb it or is it a waste of time.?? I am doing a liver detox and it requires all these vitamins, milk thistle, cinnamon capsules, fish oil, and an antioxidant. I bought all this stuff and am taking it but wondering if I need to double up, or just stop wasting my time. Thanks for your help!
The B complex contains a variety of B vitamins, like riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), B6, biotin, folate (B9), etc. There is no harm in taking it because you'll just pee out any B vitamins you don't need, but if you wanted B12, it might be worth the money to exchange it.
Read the label on the vitamins from GNC. If they have 100% of the RDA of stuff in them, you need two a day. If they have 200% of stuff, you would only need one a day.
We malabsorb fats, so you'll absorb some fish oil but not all of it.

My schedule isn't always the same, so hers what I do. I bought a dosette pill sorter that has a months worth of daily dosettes with 4 sections in each day. This way I set up all my pills for the month once a month.. Each morning when I get up I take that days dosette out of the holder, take my first dose then set my timer on my phone for 3 hours. My dosette goes in my purse as does my cell phone. Wherever I am it reminds me when it's time for my next dose. When I go to turn of the time as it chirps, I reset it again for three hours. Has been working like a charm..
