Haha thanks. I feel it's a pretty good representation of how I feel about my weight struggles and all the BS my GERD has been up to.

A big bag of peanut butter M&M's...oh how I miss those, even though I am still pre-op, I have been eating healthy for over a month now.

 No-bake cookies.
They are "healthy" because they contain oatmeal. Also 2 cups of sugar and a stick of butter.
I always had the ingredients to make them and would whip them up at least once a week.I think I could make those cookies in my sleep.
My family would eat maybe 4 cookies. I would eat the rest.

Half of a medium pepperoni & extra cheese pizza followed by an entire pint of Strawberry Haagen Dazs or Baskin Robbins Chocolate Fudge ice cream for dessert... once a month at least.

Once I ate a  Quarter Pounder w/Cheese, regular fries, AND a Filet-Of-Fish sandwich (and it very likely that I had some kind of dessert afterward).

I also remembering eatin an entire bag of Lay's potato chips (dipped in mnustard) while watching a football game.

I used to absolutely gorge myself on Mexican -- at least three times per week:
- 2 HUGE frozen margaritas
- the chips and salsa plus cheese all to myself and a dish of guacomole
- fried chimichanga with extra cheese (and eat it all)
- dessert to myself.

Then stop at McDonald's on the way home.

Be happy.
