This is what the chike folks said about their coffee drink!

It's definately a "drink before noon if you want to sleep" for me.

Hi Dolores,

Thanks for getting in touch with us this morning!  The coffee has the equivalent of two shots of espresso, which is approximately 150mg of caffeine.  If you have anymore questions about the coffee please feel free to give us a call on our toll free number at 800-929-9439.  We look forward to hearing from you soon!

I ordered a sample pack of Chike today in the variety pack of 6 and 15 additional banana packets. I am excited to try it since I don't much care for syntrax nectar powder and my Premier Protein drinks are expensive. A few minutes after I ordered online I got a call from a rep named Holly who called to introduce herself and ask where I  heard about Chike. I told her about this site and she sounded very nice and told me how well the Chike dissolves and tastes. It can be mixed with regular or soy milk or even water so that might save money if I can drink it in water.  Cant' wait to try it! I hadn't heard about it before this. I haven't tried Click either so I can't compare them but this one sounds awesome.l

The Chike coffee works OK in water.  I'm actually drinking one right now!  If I had milk in the house, I might have made it with half milk, half water.  Not just to save money but to get fewer calories.

I don't like many protein shakes made with water, though.  I think most are better with milk.

I agree that most protein shakes are better with milk. I'm looking forward to getting the Chike coffee.  I love iced coffee and want to replace what I normally drink with this.

You have so many great ideas and suggestions, Kelly! I can thank  you for giving me the idea to get a blood pressure monitor (I have low BP but so far it's not a concern), learning about making homemade Greek yogurt, of course vitamin supplementation, and now Chike tea. You're awesome!
