Help! My d is 22 I feel bad, I have no energy to get out if bed. My bones/muscles ache and my feet/legs are swollen and it hurts to walk! My iron is at 64. All these numbers make no spence to me and I need to get schooled FAST! Plz could help me learn so I can take control of my health! My dr sent me script for d the little football of oil and I'm smart enought to know that's not what I need. Can u send me a list of what my labs should look like so I can have my dr help to guide me correctly! I am so tired of feeling ****ty!! I am 4 yrs out down to 130 and look like a pile of skin and bones... I have been trying to gain weight and can't... I track my food and eat 2-3000 calories a day and weight keeps falling... I am also having issues with low sugar and feeling like I'm gonna pass out! Plz help me to get on track.... The gen dr really are clueless with us RNY PEOP! Thanks! Shannon

My initial post here tells you what your labs should look like. Your bones and muscles probably ache due to extremely low vitamin D. How much D3 have you been taking?
