OT: Why is my surgery date and surgeon not showing up?

Hi all!

I can't figure out why my surgery date and surgeon are not showing up under my avatar.  I've gone into OH, History and Surgeries and entered all my information and hit "Save".  I've even gone in and erased everything, logged out, logged back in and re-entered it with no luck.  Anyone have any ideas?

 FIgured it out, go under my histor and make your sugery my primary surgery and it will show up
