I was thinking about buying the shaker but it is 8 bucks and don't really want to waste money if it don't work. Does anyone have one? Are they good?

i have one i used at the beginning when i was at work and didn't have a blender. but honestly? i think shakes out of them are awful - i just prefer mixing in my ice, etc.

ah well if that's all you do then it works great for that - mixes better then stirring.

I like mixing mine in a blender with ice. But I have used the shaker - go to the bariatric advantage website, I think that one is alot cheaper but there may be S&H.

I have the Blender Bottle and I love it. Sometimes a little bit get's stuck on the bottom but not much. I actually just ordered a second one. :)

Where did you get one of those? How much does that cost? Is it better then the shaker even if you don't put ice in it?

I think it depends on the brand of protein powder, really. I mostly just use a cup with a lid. I think I spent $3 on it. But some brands dissolve a lot better in a blender.

I just got a blender bottle at CVS for 8.99. Im sure they have them at other places for less. I really like it for work.

I just got my second one for 8 bucks on Amazon. I have used different kinds of powder and all have worked. I also add ice to my drinks sometimes and because the bottle is so big it fits everything fine. :) I think the Black one is the cheapest - I have pink and I wanted Purple so I had to pay a little more. hahahaha (I only did it cause i had a gift card btw)
