Can we vomit?

I'm with Heidi - I can no longer throw up, and sometimes I really wish I could...

Yep, but I just dry heave and it's very unpleasant. My pouch feels like its turning inside out. I'd rather throw up or foamies or hack up a meal that got stuck. I feel like a cat hacking up a hairball, and I can walk away just as easy.
