Married.. Cruise.. Weight Gain.. ?? (pics)
Yay... On July 20th I married my fiancee of 5 years... He's a great man and I am a lucky lady... We had a small family only wedding and it was wonderful... We left immediately for our honeymoon in which we took our children too... lol... We had a blast... We went on a Caribbean cruise again... I love the Caribbean... We went in April and I came back a pound lighter... this time I came back 3 pounds heavier :( I don't feel as if I ate more but I suppose it could be all the wine I was drinking... Anywho I was thinking of doing the 5 day pouch test but was questioning whether or not I should... I have read it is for people who are years out and I am only 16 months out... Has anyone done the 5 day and had success at this point in your journey... any thoughts on it? Thanks in advance...
Here is a pic of Ed and I after the wedding... I really don't like this one but it's the less blurred I have... lol

and I love this pic of me with my girls... I wanted to wear this for my wedding dress... but they said it's too flashy... lol... but thats me... I'm a flashy kinda girl :)

Anywho I added more photos in my profile if you like to see... I am one happy lady that is now 3 pounds heavier... Owells :)

I know right!... Sometimes you don't realize the change in yourself until you have side by sides... I was actually impressed and proud of myself when I saw the difference... and no I have not had any plastics yet... but I plan too as soon as possible... my arms are actually pretty bad... I have just learned how to hold them tucked in and all to mask the grossness... but thanks... lol
You are beautiful. You and your new hubby are a very cute couple. Love the picture of you and your girls, y'all look like sisters.
Don't worry about those 3 lbs, being aware is important now that you are home you can get back to your regular eating schedule and lose them.
Congrats on your wedding.

your entire family is gorgeous, congratulations!!
I'm with everyone else, lay off the booze and the 3 pounds will come off.
To me, the real benefit of the pouch test is if someone is going nuts eating too many simple carbs to help them get off of them. It doesn't sound like you are doing that so if I were you I'd just focus on protein, lots of water and not sweat it.

Gorgeous family!
3 lbs is not really a gain....they'd have to stay on you for weeks. And the pouch test is just another fad diet..........we all know how well those worked for us in the past.
Up the water, drop the wine, protein first and up the cardio. You'll be right as rain before you know it. That is how naturally thin people maintain their weight.......it is a lifetime of give and take.
NO MORE DIETS...........IT IS ALL ABOUT LIFESTYLE.
Congrats on the marriage!
