Ummm You look AMAZING! It's 3 lbs...not 30 lbs. Take into account that your body will get back into your normal routine and be fine. ;) I think you my dear are stressing FAR to much about these 3 tiny lbs. Hit the gym - 3500 calories burned in 1 week is 1 lb of fat. :D

congrats on getting married and love your pics! question for you, how did you eat and drink on your cruises? curious since hubby and me will be taking a cruise in december and we both had surgery in July. and where did you hang out in cozumel? we'll be hitting that port along with falmouth, jamaica and haiti.
