Post surgery meds.....

 I'm kinda bummed, one of the selling points was that I would get rid of bp and cholesterol meds. Which I did. However they have replaced with vitamins, calcium and now 2 different reflux meds not to mention the nausea and pain meds I'm still on 2 months out. . Ok, so I expected the vitamins, but honestly I wasnt physically sick from the Hctz or cholesterol meds. Now I can't lay down to sleep. If I do I'm sick to the point of wretching. It's awful! Please tell me this gets better. I'm not feeling so positive right now.

Hmm.  What's causing the nausea?  Where is your pain?  You're not still having surgery-related pain, are you?

For most people, acid reflux improves after RNY.  Did you not have that problem before surgery?

What does your surgeon think is causing these problems?

 I've had major complications. I had an esophageal stent, had it removed and have been sick ever since. I did not have reflux before. I've had 5 edg's and the next one is the 16 th. RNY was May 31st. Abscess was dx on the 13th. I've been on TPN since then. I just started stage 2 diet Friday, 

Im off three out of 4 prescription meds since surgery and expect to be off all of them soon. I took vitamins before so that part is a wash for me

Hope you get to feeling much better really soon. Nausea is a bummer
