DOES ANYONE KNOW IF 50 POUNDS IS OK FOR10 WEEKS .I GO BACK TO THE DOC 8/27/2012. I WAS JUST WORRING !!!!! I HAVE DONE EVERYTING LIKE HE SAID.I AM EXCITED ABOUT LOSING THAT MUCH .THANKS

That's averaging 5 lbs a week. Yeah, I'd say that's doing very well.

yep.....four pounds a week is average. No doc should make you feel bad about your loss. I so hate to hear that!! Good luck to you.
