OT: Kitty

I am so excited. We went by the local animal shelter today and picked out a beautiful solid black kitten! She is beautiful. She came right up to us like she knew she was ours! We got the adoption app filled out and paid half the adoption fee as a deposit. We are going to pick her up next week. I can't wait to bring her home. We already named her Arcanum!

Awww. So much cuteness! Did you know black animals are not adopted as often as other colored animals? Good on you for adopting this sweet baby.

Yes. I did know that. People are superstitious about black cats. That is why we went there looking for a black kitty! I absolutely fell in love with her! I am so excited to bring her home. We've already gotten her a litter box and toys and all kinds of things! lol

Beautiful! I grew up with Ink (black cat, orange eyes), had Friday 13th (a birthday gift on Friday the 13th - black with bright yellow eyes), and now have Spook (she's scared of everything, black with olive green eyes). Other cats as well, but I love my black kitties!

I love black cats - they always have something to say!

I'm so jealous! I want a third but my two will ny have it!! We've tried and nope .. Too spoiled!!!!

We plan on getting another one later on. Another black baby of course!!! :)

What a sweet little baby!  And I like the name you chose.  I had an all black kitty for 19 years, her name was Boogie, and she was the most loving kitty I've ever had.
