Confuses on what is my goal weight

 See, that's the thing.  It's YOUR goal.  Not a set number from a form, or surgeon, or scale.  What do YOU want to see, where do YOU want to be?  

Your goal should be where you feel and look your best, you will know the number when you look in the mirror and see it.  What you want to weigh is personal, no one should decide this but you.
