Help! 2 years post op and my junk is killing me!

 Well not yet but it will be after the gym!

So tonight I have 90 minute spin class seeing how early I arrive it will be more like 2 hours in the saddle!  I have a race this weekend.

So who else is getting in some exercise?

Classes at the Y are on hiatus until the beginning of September. BUT I am going today to do some weight lifting and probably the elliptical. In an attempt to have my body not get too used to any one thing, I try not to do the exact same workout twice in a row at the gym on a given week.

And as for your junk...SQUISH!

 wooo do Burpees!!!! and Bulgarian Split Squats!  your body will never get used to that type of abuse!

 I did the split squats. I got through them ok so I am probably doing them wrong.

 Getting serious about training for my next 5K on Sept. 23rd so I'll be running on the treadmill tonight -- either that or intervals on the elliptical combined with strength training -- haven't decided.
