This all looks good but it cut off your vitamin D level.  What was that?

I see you're getting plenty of protein, though, and your B12 is fantastic and your iron is good and cholesterol is great.

Oh wow didnt notice that. Vitamin D2 < 4, D3 is 50 Total D is 50. Thanks for your input. I was really stressing the vitamins when I was passing whole pills. Switched everything I could to chewables or sublinguals & I guess its paid off.

OK, you need more D3.  We need our D level to be at least 80, according to the Linus Pauling Institute.

I have a question for you. I have been taking the Vitalady Tender Irons & decided to take additional Vit C with them, for whatever reason. I know Vit C helps us absorb the Iron, but since I've started taking the additional Vit C it immediately hurts my stomach. Almost like cramping. I didn't have this feeling before with just taking the iron alone. I've tried eating with it & not eating with it & its still the same feeling. Makes me wonder if somethings wrong like an ulcer or something. What do you think?

I dunno, but I'm pretty sure the Tender iron actually has enough C in it.  We need 200 mg C for every 30 mg iron.  If the Tender iron has that much C in it, then there is no benefit to taking additional iron, so I'd just go back to taking it without the extra C and see if that solves the problem.

Thanks! Yeah I started omitting them last night & I didn't have the cramping. I was thinking what could it hurt to have more Vit C, but I was wrong. Lol Again thanks for the response.
