I have not done well with mine today. I got my multi, calcium, and vitamin A this morning and that's it. I will take my iron and C before bed but I don't know if I'll get any of my others in before I go to sleep. Oops.

*sigh* Confession. I am sucking at my vitamins again.
I've been doing well with my multi and okay with my calcium. But I have been sorely neglecting my iron, D3, and B complex.
And I think I may be paying for it. My body feels like crap. I have been getting headaches and muscle aches. Crossfit seems to hurt a lot more than it has in the past. My head is always jumbled and disorganized, and I'm getting very forgetful.
So I made an appt for two weeks ago to see my surgeon and get my labwork done. But then he rescheduled me, and then the following week, I had to reschedule again. So my appointment is coming up soon, and I'm anxious to let the vampires have their crack at me and see where my levels are.
In the meantime, I gotta get back on this horse and get these vitamins in. I don't even have an excuse why I've been failing. I just need to buckle down and be more observant of my schedule.
