Home, resting up
Well, I'm home!
Actually, I went home late yesterday afternoon. I was passing gas, had a small bowel movement and was tolerating the liquid diet so I was told I could go home. It's been a mixed blessing to be home--nice to be in my own bed, but I can't pick up my daughter. She desperately wants me to be with her 24/7, but I just can't do that now. I need to heal myself first.
But, I'm feeling good considering I just had surgery. A little sore, but the liquid Percocet is helping with that discomfort. I'm just waiting for the pharmacy to have my anti-nausea suppositories in stock because I'm just starting to get some nausea from time to time. This is probably the only time in my life that I'll be excited about a suppository. LOL
Anyway, just wanted to keep everyone up to date on my progress so far. Hope everyone who had surgery this week is doing well!

Thats awesome that you get to go home. I had surgery on tuesday and I am still in the hopsital. I want to go home so bad its unreal and they said that we are waiting on the dr to get out of clinics before I can go home. The said that they need to make sure that I am able to keep all of my fluids down. GRRR I just want to go home.
