ProbaBly time to intro myself.... With a story! Long story....

Hi rnyers
To start at the wls start- I had a lapband in 2008 WORST MISTAKE EVER!!
I endured 3.5 years of hell with my band, vomiting every meal and a surgeon that didn't want to hear about it/ care,it got to the point were I was suffering from esophageal dismotility(?) andmy blood tests were BAD everything had bottomed out, I was exhausted, my hair was half the thickness I started with ,my skin was worse than my 13 yr olds and I had gained nearly all my weight back.
I had my band removed 14 weeks ago and was scheduled for a sleeve roughly 3 months after that.
Band removal went well considering it was on an angle, slipped and port was flipped , there was a lot of scar tissue but I healed well and fast and went in for my sleeve 9 weeks later.......
Thatscwhen things went to ****
There was a " medical malfunction/human error/accident!! During my surgery( don't remember exact term and don't have the report in front of me at mo) and when I woke up in agony with a tube in my side and mother one coming out my nose( hello wtf?? Not expecting this) I was informed that my surgeon had slipped during my surgery and my stomach had been "cut" across the centre- they had had to remove roughly 1/3 of my stomach and stitch it back up - but the thing is now I'm unable to be sleeved as the blood flow will never be sufficient enough.
So here I am
Rny was never really on my radar I initially wanted a ds which is very controversial over here so had downsized to the sleeve on the provisio that if I was struggling we would upgrade .
Im looking at a resectional Rny as I don't want the blind stomach in there and I want the gherlin production one /minimized .
So that's my story I'd love to hear from anyone hat has had a resectional and I'm super open to tips and advice as I'm trying to get AS much info in as I can in the next few weeks.
If you made it this far thanks for reading :-)

Philippians 4;6-7
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
