Yeah no kidding.  I usually either eat veggies, fruit or drink tons of water usually.

On big pouch days, I just go with it and eat some more. I don't go crazy, but I def consume more calories. Some days your body just needs more calories than other days. If it's true hunger and not head hunger, you need to eat.

I feel ya on that. I've noticed I tend to have those I feel like I'm starving and nothing fills me up days around that time of the month. Like today lol

Sometimes I'll munch on some veggies, greek yogurt,or some jerky. Or find something to distract me until meal time.

*shrug*  If I'm having a big pouch day, I eat.

Volumetrics, baby. A huge salad with cottage cheese, tuna salad, eggs, veggies, etc, will fill you up, give you lots of good vitamins and protein, and not pack a whalloping calorie punch.

It happening around our cycle seems to be what it must be, because mine is due any day now. Interesting. I'll have to watch next month around this time to see if I see a pattern. Today I'm fine but yesterday was terrible. Thanks everyone for posting.

I'd eat more dense protein or drink a really thick protein shake. I'm 5 years out and a thick protein shake is still filling.

You might as well figure, you're malabsorbing alot, you don't do this everyday or have the desire (or ability) to this everyday, so go with it. Get some extra protein in your life while you're at it. Makes up for the grouchy pouchy days where you're stuck eating yogurt.
