Officially too Fat to Function... sick of this
We had fun on our cruise but I will never go on another one fat, it's not as fun!
I am sorry about the bad stuff but brighter days are ahead!!!!
I feel your pain. I can count on both hands as well as my feet the number of embarrassing fat girl moments that I've had over the years while on vacation. Last year was my official last one as an obese gal. I'm heading to Ireland at the end of March and I can't wait to go a lot smaller than I ever have on an airlplane! It will get better!

The comedian ought to be ashamed, if he was telling jokes about any other handicap.... I can't stomach jokes about people's weaknesses/ handicaps. Larry the cable guy does it & I won't listen to him anymore. Remember you are beautifully created,
Seems like you're a bit hard on yourself (society is hard on you, too, but that is a given...) with the "fat girl down" comment.
You're so much more than just your body.
Also, for a "comedian" to resort to "fat girl jokes" is SO telling of how he or she lacks any real talent.
Look at it this way - you had the guts to get into a bathing suit and swim, when you knew you were going to be judged. I couldn't do it. I'm down 110 pounds and I still refuse to expose my upper arms and my thighs. I wish I had your courage.
Life will change, it will get better. RnY was among the best decisions I've ever made for myself, and I think that, after the first few months post-op, you will feel the same way.
