Straws

I have one of the camel back with the bite down straw and it doesn't let air into the straw, so you don't gulp in any air, and I actually found it easier to get my water in with it than just using a regular cup or water bottle, cause I kept getting air and it hurt to swallow. So I used my camel bac****il I broke it and went and bought another one cause I liked it so much.

I drink with a straw all the time...in fact hardly ever drink without one.  I do not have any trouble and it actually helps me get all my fluids in.
