Pickles?!!

I am a lil over a week out and doing really good. My kids are sitting here eating pickles and they are smelling soo yummy! Lol when were any of you able to eat pickles? Did they bother you? I know I won't even try em now, I was curious to know when and if they bothered anyone?

I have them and  i did good with them did not bother me a bit. but in your case i would wait until you get to soled foods. I'm 2 months out.

Wait until you're on solid foods and also, pretty sure you don't have any heartburn type issues with acidic foods. It'll sure give your pouch a zing.

I didn't try them until I was on solid foods, but they were fine for me. I had the no sugar added bread and butter pickles, so good!

I just started eating them about a month or 2 ago. I am 6 months post op. I usually have one with my ham & cheese rollup. No problems eating them so far.

I'm glad you posted this question as I am getting ready to can my own this weekend.

I had pickles when I was allowed to have other veggies. 6 months out. Boy, where they tasty lol I love my veggies!
