New Work Schedule
Starting last Tuesday I switched from an overnight position 9pm-7am to a day shift 5am-1:30pm. Switching up my routine that I had down pat has been more challenging than I had expected. I work in the fraud dept. of a very large bank so phone calls in the overnight were less than the day shift. So I had time to eat here & there to get my protein & water in. Now I take so many calls that I cannot just eat here & there to get it all in. My protein was running in the upper 50's to low 60's last week. Hopefully I can get this all adjusted again & have my #'s back where I want them to be. Seems weird but I feel less like eating during the day than I did at night. Not really sure why.
