Ahh... I'm ready for the long weekend myself. This is my kids' first week back at school and I'm worn out though I am loving having the house to myself and being able to work in peace (at least from 8-2:30).
Pre-run - Slice of whole wheat bread and a smear of peanut butter (YUM!)
Post-run - Syntrax Nectar Cherry protein shake mixed with a Crystal Light lemonade
Lunch - I'll have leftover Honey Lime Cilantro Chicken and black beans
Snack - Probably a protein coffee and a string cheese
Dinner-- IDK, really no clue. We've got soccer for two different kids at two different times in two different places. So, it'll have to be easy. 1 egg with 2 whites for me maybe and sandwiches for kids?
I had a 6 mile run in right under an hour on the treadmill today, so I'm feeling pretty fierce!
Hope everyone has a great one!

. There are some rock stars here on this board that are a real inspiration... Paul C, Kitten, Lori, etcetera. When I grow up, I want to be like all of them (and the ones I didn't mention by name)! In fact, our very own Kim S. replied to my first my first OH post and gave me the sage advice to start moving my body as much as I could pre-op and keep it up. Once I got within flirting distance of 200 pounds I started running. That was about 5 months ago or so and I love it now! I'm was super stoked to realize today when I logged my miles that in the month of August I ran more than the amount I drove. Granted, I work from home and don't drive much at all but still, it wa a super cool NSV for me!
Keep up the good work and have a great trip to the beach.

i've only ate breakfast so far and i had a low-fat waffle with butter substitute and sf syrup and some grapes. i haven't been getting enough calories in and am starting to feel shaky so i need to work on eating some more today. my best friend and her boyfriend are coming up tonight so i have no clue what i'll be eating later on. i have a bunch of leftovers and produce to eat or dump in the next day or so, so it will be from that.
